My mind feels washed,

hung out to dry,

neatly folded,

all in order,

tucked away.

 

My spirit feels alive,

delighted in,

happy,

centered.

My soul feels heard,

seen,

known,

accepted.

My body feels fresh,

rested,

healthy,

whole.

My heart feels held,

assured,

hopeful,

comforted.
